However, the document itself is just the tip of the iceberg, and the underlying process is at least as important as the tangible outcome. Close coordination with representatives from the city administration and various formats for public participation were central to the work. The administrative BarCamp, in particular, remains a memorable and innovative format.   <\/p>\n<p>The strategy was divided into ten areas of impact and six fields of action, making the most important future issues for the city of Hagen tangible. Technology, including sensors and an urban data platform, provides the digital framework for diverse applications aimed at increasing sustainability and quality of life. <\/p>\n<p>On May 22nd, the Hagen City Council adopted the strategy.
