In this new role, he accompanies the company with his experience, sets strategic impulses and actively shapes further development. Georg W\u00fcrffel was appointed as the new managing director and has since formed the new top management together with Wolfgang Wei\u00df. Adrian Groche has been appointed authorized signatory and will remain head of the technology team.
